Ready for a foolproof meal that's both easy to make and wonderfully satisfying? Pan Kebab has got your dinner plans covered!

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef
  • Onions
  • Saffron
  • Salt and pepper

Storage Instructions:

Refrigerator: Store the raw pan kebabs in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Freezer: Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before use.

It's not easy to mess up this food. You can have your way with it and serve it with rice, salad, fries, or mashed potatoes—whatever you wish. For those with kids, long busy days, or a full list of things to do who don’t want to resort to takeout, I strongly recommend keeping a batch of these delicious kebabs in your freezer.

Cooking Methods:

  • Oven: Preheat to 190°C. Arrange patties on an oven-safe tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked. Meanwhile, sauté diced onions, add tomato purée, and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat. Pour this sauce over the patties and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

  • Pan: Fry the patties over medium heat until browned, remove them, and then sauté your choice of vegetables (like eggplants, bell peppers, and garlic). Return the kebabs to the pan, top with onion rings, cover with tomato purée, and let simmer for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  • Air Fryer: Cook the patties at 190°C for 20 minutes.

  • Quick Sauce Variant: For busy days, skip the vegetables and prepare a simple tomato sauce to cook with the fried kebabs. Serve with a fresh salad, rice, or potatoes.

  • Serving Suggestions: Pair your Pan Kebab with fluffy basmati rice, crisp salad, hearty fries, or creamy mashed potatoes. Customize the sides to match your mood and enjoy a meal that's easy to love and hard to mess up!
