Created by someone who gets what dinner time really feels like
My Journey to Persian Feast
Hi, I’m Zahra — a self-taught chef, entrepreneur, and founder of Persian Feast.
Back in Iran, I ran Gandom Bakery Café — a cozy neighborhood spot I built from the ground up. While most people cooked Persian food at home, I took a different approach. I explored new flavors, played with ingredients, and served food that felt both exciting and familiar. That’s where I learned how to create dishes that surprise people — without pushing them out of their comfort zone.
Now living in the Netherlands, I’m bringing that same spirit to Persian Feast. My goal? To make Persian-inspired food part of everyday life for busy households — just like Italian or Thai.
As a mom of two, I know how draining it can be to think about dinner after a long day. That’s why I offer ready-to-cook marinated meals that take the thinking out of cooking. They’re fast, flavorful, and filled with the warm, layered tastes of Persian cuisine — without needing a pantry full of spices or hours of prep.
I’m not recreating ancient family recipes or claiming to be a traditional chef. I’m offering real food, rooted in Persian flavors, designed for modern life.
Persian Feast is about flavor, quality, and making your evenings just a little easier.
Warmly,
Zahra
The Story Behind Our Logo
At the heart of the Persian Feast logo is the delicate saffron flower — a subtle but powerful symbol of Persian cuisine.
Saffron is one of the most treasured spices in the world, and it plays a starring role in many Persian dishes. Its floral aroma, deep color, and unmistakable flavor elevate even the simplest meals into something memorable.
What makes saffron truly special is how it’s harvested: each flower produces just three thin red stigmas, which must be hand-picked at dawn, one by one. It takes around 150,000 flowers to produce a single kilo of saffron — a process rooted in patience, care, and craftsmanship.
That same spirit of care and quality is at the core of Persian Feast.
Just like saffron, every product we offer is made thoughtfully, in small batches, and with deep respect for flavor.
Our logo is a tribute to the ingredient that represents both Persian heritage and culinary beauty — a quiet nod to where we come from, and the richness we bring to your table.

The food was delicious and fresh. Being too busy to cook, I greatly enjoyed the fresh, homemade-style food from Persian Feast.
